Return and Refund Policy for HayDrop

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Return Requirements

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at info@tekzo.dk.

Returns must be sent to:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If we provide you with a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return label and return instructions.

Uncollected Packages

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs if you want the package sent to you again.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

For approved claims, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of:

– Custom-made or personalized items
– Sale items
– Gift cards
– Items that cannot be returned for safety reasons, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and similar products

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, you must return the item you received and place a new order once the return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If the item is shipped to an EU country, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

The item must meet the same requirements as stated above: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
