What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means that you reserve a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released.
By placing a pre-order, you accept that the product will be shipped at a later date than a regular order.
When Will My Pre-Order Be Shipped?
Each product page with a pre-order item includes an estimated delivery date.
This date is an estimate. If anything changes, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We always strive to ship within the stated timeframe.
How Is Payment Handled?
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Your payment confirms your reservation.
If the estimated delivery date changes significantly, you may cancel at any time before shipment and receive a full refund.
Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?
Yes. You can cancel your pre-order as long as it has not been shipped and receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.
Multiple Items in the Same Order
If you place an order containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may choose to ship everything together once all items are available.
If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Delays
If production or logistics delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You always have the right to cancel before the product is shipped.
