Shipping Policy for HayDrop
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your address. Typical delivery time is 1–7 business days within Denmark.
International deliveries may take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the weight/number of items.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number, if available.
Delivery Delays
We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping carriers, weather, customs clearance, or high demand at distribution centers.
Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. We do not replace lost or delayed shipments caused by an incorrect address.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tekzo.dk and attach photos of both the packaging and the product. We will help you find a solution.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, we will contact you first.
If we do not receive a response, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs.
If you would like the package to be sent to you again, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for reshipment.
